I have waist length hair and needed a good trim. Alissa took her time to discuss how much I wanted cut and was extremely friendly during my appointment. She made sure I was pleased with the results and my hair looked great when she was finished. Nice shop, like supporting small businesses.

KC Metro Cuts is a great place to get a haircut. The staff is friendly and I've always got a good haircut when I've gone there. Also a plus they offer a military and first responder discount.
My favorite stylist is Alyssa she is a personable, professional and always gives me a good haircut.
The only negative thing I could say is I wish they had a way to check in on line because it's kind of a crap shoot if there is a wait. If you have to wait they always have sports on and it will be worth the wait compared to some of the other big chain hair cut places.

What a great place ! The kind where you don't mind sitting and waiting for a few minutes because the atmosphere is awesome . Megan is the bomb ! She has cut hair for multiple members of our family . I recommend her highly . If you're looking for a new place to go this is the place .

For 6 years I went to the location on N. Oak but it closed at the end of May. Today I went to the Liberty location and got the worst haircut ever. My hair was a 1/2" shorter on the back left side than it was on the right side. When I got home and saw what he did I called the shop. I told him it was the worst haircut I have ever had in 60 years. His response was "my hair must grow that way". I told him in 60 years that has never happened and I will never come back.
