went in with a friend for a mani, pedi. you probably won't get a walk in appointment because it's just a husband and wife team. shop was very clean. couple were very friendly. they didn't talk in Vietnamese much, a plus as that always makes me feel uncomfortable. I thought I had found a permanent home but when I got home I noticed my nails seemed rough on the tips and I had to take a file to them. later that night I noticed one was broken and chipped. have no clue as to how that happened, I will probably give them another try and see if a second visit will be better. prices were same as elsewhere and they didnt say a word about using my card or the tip. (I usually only tip 10%). all in all a good visit.

If you plan to go, you'll need to walk in for an appointment since they don't answer the phone or return calls. That said, staff there is friendly so if you enjoy a chat during the pedicure, you might like that. As far as the gel manicure I got, I was pleased with how it came out--but the experience itself was very bare bones. No arm massage, nothing extra at all, yet the price was nearly what I used to pay in Pasadena for a pretty lux experience. A neighbor recommended this place. I wonder why?
Absolutely DO NOT recommend. Bryan is very rude and gets upset if your tip isn't large. They have a debit card machine, however Bryan gets irritated if you don't pay in cash. He was 20+ min late for my last 2 appointments and just canceled my appointment for tomorrow because he double booked. I made my appointment 2 weeks ago. I will NEVER go back. Very dissatisfied, and his work is not consistent. Sometimes looks ok, other times very bumpy and unattractive.
