CITIZEN Lash & Brow in Medford, OR

Beware of this business. I went in to get a lash lift and tint. I was charged $80.00 for the service. I looked at lashes afterwards but did not have glasses on. When I got home I was  able to see that my lashes were not tinted or curled. I called Desiree, owner, the next day and discussed the problem and asked that they do the procedure again and that I would not be recharged. Desiree led me to believe that the service would be repeated without a charge. Next time I spoke with her she said she would charge me again. I'm very disappointed how disinterested she was to make me satisfied. She suggested that I get a more expensive lash extension. I do not recommend this business at all.

First Application was good, looked full.  The first fill,  I requested more length.   The lashes were clumped together after that fill.  Old lashes were not removed First.  Second fill, more clumped.  I was told old lashes would be removed at next fill, for  a new set.  Technician said "old glue" (brand not age) was used.  In week before that third fill was scheduled, I got a text asking if I still wanted my appointment.  Because my lashes needed a rest. I should just lift and tint, the excuse was that I am stressed and cry.  I'm going a new business to see what can be salvaged.   .

The environment was great & it was a cute business. The lash technician I saw was kind but didn't seem experienced. I asked for a classic set but she insisted on giving me a volume set. I took care of them but they fell out rather quickly. My natural lashes went with them. I've always had long lashes but don't anymore, because of this experience. I think if I was with an experienced lash technician, this wouldn't have happened. I'm not sure if I'll ever get lash extensions again though. It honestly ruined my perspective on lash extensions. My beautiful natural lashes are gone :(

I highly recommend Katie Walker for lash extensions! I've had lash extensions for about 3 years now and have lived in 3 different states during this time. Of all the different ladies I've had take care of my lashes, Katie has been the best! She is professional, reliable and consistent. I love my lashes every time I get them filled. Most importantly (in my opinion), she listens to me and gives me exactly the style of lashes I like (not too long, longer lashes in the middle and not at the ends, textured mix of long and short)- did I mention I'm picky?!
