I was a little hesitant at first, however, I got right in. I wanted a soak off and gel manicure. First off I was offered a Pedicure. The water was hot, she did a thorough job, she was quick and to the point. I wa then transferred to a different chair to have old acrylic removed and a gel manicure. This lady was quick and funny, she was surprised the color was all acrylic. Super fast at removing and doing a gel mani. There was no cuticle trim or paraffin wax. It came to $85 and I left a $10 tip. I will go again. Salon was clean
If you're in Medford and don't know where to get your nails done go to Happy Nails and ask for Stan!! He's amazing!! He spent so much time working on my nails until they were perfect. They came out exceeding my expectations! Not to mention he's such a nice guy who even got me a charger because my phone was about to die. Overall great experience!! 5/5 stars
One star is one star too many. My friend and I went in for pedicures. The woman cut my toe while trimming my nails. No "gosh I'm sorry." Just stopped speaking English and spoke Vietnamese to the man working on my friend's toes. They rushed us through, pushed us out of our chairs, took payment and off we went. No other customers were in the salon, so you'd think they might have taken their time to do a nice job in an attempt to keep the few winter customers they have. A day later my toe nails kept getting stuck in my socks and the edges were rough. No shaping at all. I shaped them myself just to prevent my toe nails from being torn off when putting socks and shoes on. I also put antibiotic cream on the cut and I hope it doesn't get infected. I have had many pedicures in my 53 years and this is by far THE WORST experience I have ever had. NEVER AGAIN.
