I've been coming to this place for a very long time I have not had a bad experience I have a "frequent flyer" card today I was excited about the fact that I would finally get a free pedicure and she's proceeds to tell me that my card is no longer valid, keep in mind there's no valid info on the card, she wouldn't honor it even though the last time it was punched was February of this year! She pointed to her new cards they look exactly the same with a few differences, tried to give me a new card. When I told her what she was doing was wrong it didn't seem to bother her and when I told her I was never coming back that didn't seem to bother her either! She has a lot of competition I have no problem going any place else! What a rip off! Bait and switch! Stay away, not honest!
I have been going to Kara for years to have my nails done and I have never been unhappy. The employees that Kara hires are always very kind and good at their job. I really can't say enough nice things about this business. This may not be the least expensive place to go, but you get what you pay for and you receive good service here. Also, they are very punctual with their scheduling and allow just the right amount of time to serve their individual customers need. Before my mother passed away, I took her there too and was so pleased with the way she was treated. The girls who work for Kara were beyond patient and kind to my mother. When the doctor wanted to permanently remove my mom's thumbnail, Kara suggested that we leave it telling us that it would eventually recover and grow back. It did just that!
