Don't make appointments if you can't honor them. So tired of salons giving you an appointment only to haveEVERY seat filled with walkins. SO inconsiderate. I was told to come at a specific time then told it would be a 20 min after my 15 min wasted time waiting. I had an appt later elsewhere so I had to leave.
DONE.

This is my go-to place. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and at first didn't like the job done, but I've realized that it depends on the person doing your nails. I've tried other places and I keep coming back here, so I decided to write another review. They are very friendly and work with me even Wilber I have brought my kids in. When it's not busy, they have let my son who is six years old sit in a chair beside me and get a massage. He loves it and I think it's very sweet that they're him do that (if it's not busy of course).

I've left a few times unhappy with the quality, but have found a couple of people that do a better job, so I usually ask for them. I went around Christmas time to get a mani-pedi and left with a gift bag which came with manicure items which was really nice. I don't know any other place that does this. It's quiet and comfortable and anytime I call for an appointment they're pretty good at fitting me in.

I have always had a good experience here. Lee is great at a full set. He will actually take the time to look at your example picture. He doesn't take forever or make a big deal if you ask him to file it a certain way or adjust the length.

So I went in to get a new set of French tips. I had showed a picture and they said they could do it. I wanted them to be a thin white tip. So he had to take off my previous nails. It took about 25 minutes to take them off. I've never had it take that long. Then he wanted to do white tips instead of the clear because it would take a shorter time. They look nothing like what I asked for. My nails are so thin that it doesn't even feel like he put on the powder. I have a feeling my nails will be coming off in the next few days... the first picture is what I wanted and the second is what I got... also the nails on each hand are different sizes. The white tips are not all the same size...

I received a dip manicure about a week and a half ago. Only a few days after getting my manicure I noticed the top clear coat looked to be cracking, and a few days later the whole top coat started to chip away (see picture).

I've never had a dipped manicure last for less than 3 weeks. I will not be returning here again and do not recommend anyone go here for a dip manicure.
