Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids - Briargate in Colorado Springs, CO

Had a haircut for both my son and daughter. My son is a wiggle worm and Amy did a great job working with his wiggles and making it fun for him. He is hair looks awesome!

My daughter wanted a style like Numaree in the Raya movie. Amy delivered amazingly! My daughter loves it.

The staff is great. I will say they are very busy and have back to back appointments at times. I have found downloading the app and booking through that is the best way to schedule an appointment. The online system will send you a confirmation, appointment reminders, and calendar event to add to your colander. I live off my calendar so this is awesome for me.

Both my kids love the place and is our regular spot for haircuts.

Only my Black children were reprimanded for running around and touching things and not the other children.

My son is autistic and has ADHD.  They were rude to us.  They talked over us.  They made us feel unwelcome.  It's a children's place.  They ARE unfriendly if your child has a disability.  DO NOT take your child here.
They also talked over me like I was stupid.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The front desk lady was super rude. I called at 10:57 am to see if they had any openings. They scheduled me for 3:45 that day. I drove over 40 mins to get there. Once I did she told me that she didn't see me on the schedule. Refused to try to squeeze me in. Wasn't apologetic at all. Super unprofessional and horrible customer service.

So I want to update showing how much this business doesn't care about what they did to my sons hair. I have sent 3 emails to the owner with no reply. They continue to ignore a huge mistake they made. I hope this review gets out to someone so their kid doesn't have to get their hair butchered like my son. It's finally growing back in where they made him bald. Please whatever you do don't take your kids here.

This kids salon is great when I can find a stylist that cuts the way I ask. There seems to be a high turnover of stylists because every time I find one that fits my needs they end up leaving within a few months. Something that I've also noticed and that's happened several times is when I make an appointment through the app with a specific team member my appointment often gets changed to someone else with no notice! I've also had the time completely changed on me without notice as well which is super annoying and then they wonder why they get a lot of no shows or late appointments. Unfortunately I could ask every team member to cut my sons hair a certain way and they would all turn out different which is why I have a problem with the no notice appointment changes.
