i went here last year and got the same thing I got this time I wanted a VERY SMALL trim because I have low-key attachment issues when It comes to my hair and last year she did a beautiful and I loved it so much and therefore I went back this year for the same thing and when we were done when I looked at my hair it was way shorter then I would have ever wanted it to be and she said that it was because my hair was to dead but she never even asked me if it was ok to go that high now I have to just live with it till it grows out. i am not happy what so ever with the length, not cool.
This is my favorite hairstylist shop. Jeanette gives a fantastic haircut and color. When I first went to her she really listened to what I wanted and offered options too. Always for the best. Great atmosphere!
