I've been so very happy with the service provided by Hannah at Jme&company. She has managed my color for the past 2 years and it is just wonderful. I had a great experience with Hannah, she was more than accommodating. I had recently moved to Kentucky and was searching for a stylist that understood exactly what I wanted. Im pretty sure I was very confusing when I described what I was wanting but Hannah made it happen! 10/10 recommend. She's so sweet and professional. Looking forward to set another appointment with Hannah.
Today was my first time going to Jme and I am soooo glad I did. Hannah was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable about hair and knew exactly what my hair needed and what would work with my hair type. She really took her time to get everything perfect and explained how to fix it and why she was doing certain things. I'm so glad to have found her!

They do a great job on hair. But it is very hard to get an appointment. I have had to call ahead several times before I reach someone and then once someone answers the phone, it's another 2-3 weeks before they have an opening. I have color that needs regular maintenance. The final straw was I had an appointment for Monday that I waited three weeks for. I was looking forward to it. The day before, Mother's Day of all days, the hairdresser canceled to pick up a distant family member from the airport. I couldn't take the unreliability anymore. I had to stop going to this salon.
