My child always feel so happy and uplifted when she gets her hair done here. Ms. Chiquita is such a hard worker and so good with hair. My daughter loves her.
Got here at 1pm, it is now 5:30pm. They are maybe 1/4 the way done with my daughters hair!! I understand they only take walk-ins and that different textures take different amount of time to do. The issue I have is the stylists are doing EVERYTHING except hair!!! They're eating, they're having car seats delivered, they're taking phone calls and texting, they're running outside for conversation with passerby's! I told them when I came in that she had prom at 7, they said "oh yea she'll be done way before then". She also sat in the chair for 20 mins while the stylist smoked a cigarette and talked to the man delivering the car seats. NEVER coming here again! I cannot leave a review for the hair because it has yet to be completed- after 4 hours!
I have been sitting in this salon for 4hours. They have two stylist and one of the stylist is spending more time on her phone then she is on her clients hair, face timing someone, then she stops doing the client hair and goes outside on her phone taking care of business. When she finally gets ready to get to me, she states that she needs to eat really fast, and she'll only take a few minutes. When she finished eating to told me to go sit in her chair and she'll be right back she needed to go to get a drink. Smdh!!! I'm sitting with big curlers in my head, but I will NEVER return again, so unprofessional
