The worst customer service I have ever had I was appalled at the rude comments that were made to me, I would not recommend Jenny nails next to QFC, I wanted this to be special for Christmas and because of the way I was treated there I do not recommend Jenny nails they also charged me $10 for shellac take off , I have never been charged at any other place in Seattle for take off . Do not recommend to anyone
Finger flicker beautification for increase man scratches. Jenny's workshop features massages to sedate the fears, hot waxes for relaxation, soda pop and an ever wise chihuahua on supervisory watch. Starting with nail-rooftop manscaping, the oldman cocoons are scrapped revealing my inner layers of beauty (also known in man language as the layer behind the one scrapies). Followed by government approved water liquidated from a water dispenser (aka faucet), for a warm cleanser wash off. Finally, a protective coating for increase visibility combined with transparency technology and non toxicity. These services insure that hotness is both a lateral move and an upward trend. Overall a clear (no pun intended), beautiful, and no-nonsense modifications to the fingers.
3 strikes you're out. This was my third visit since last October, every time I am in I am questions because of the different types of polish what options there are, and every single time the man running the salon literally doesn't answer any of the questions, and is so rude you feel stupid for asking anything. The last two times I pushed through because I had my 10 year old with me that was really excited to get her nails painted, this last time I just finally realized I don't want to give them money when they make the entire experience miserable. The job they do isn't bad but if you are paying money and due to the staff aren't getting what you really want, is that good enough? It isn't for me.
I have been coming here for years, but will not be returning. The service recently has been inconsistent, meaning that sometimes my pedicure is great but other times it is rushed or hurts. I have given them the benefit of the doubt because everyone works very hard. My teenage daughter's most recent experience changed my mind. She got a manicure and was cut three times by the technician's filing. That is not okay, and it is not sanitary. I won't risk her getting an infection. Sorry. We are finding a new place to go regularly.
