More and more this JCPenney store is just a waste of time and space. Sure, they market buy one get one but the size options are so limited that it's not possible to find a second item. Don't waste your time.
Well I had a very pleasant experience yesterday here. I needed some undergarments for a wedding and some jewelry and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean, and the sales prices were pretty good. In addition you can sign up for text alerts/emails and receive more money off so I ended up saving over $100. If I had JC Penney where I live I would have for sure gone and taken out the credit card as well. Looking forward to stopping in again on my next trip to Indiana.

Not very professional! I had a 12:15 pm appointment at this studio and made it clear that I was having family pictures done and would have 2 toddlers and an infant with me. We arrived 5min early. There was only one employee there, the photographer. We were told to have a seat and she would be ready soon but she was already in another session with another family. 45 min later we were shown into the studio. My toddler grandbabies showed up to the appointment smiling and in great moods, but were crabby by the time we went back. Because of the delay and half my family having already scheduled plans that afternoon, we had to end the session early. I didn't get half the pictures I had in mind. We had to stop and feed the babies bc they were so hungry and so tired. It was awful! 45 minutes is a big deal to a toddler and you can't ask them to keep their stuff together for another 30 min. Also, I was asked in the beginning what backgrounds I had in mind and I told her I didn't have anything specific in mind but please be creative. I was given grey background for every single pic. That's not creative. That's saving yourself some time. I didn't get half of the pics I wanted bc of the delay and my littles change in mood. I was given a free 8x10 for my wait. Big deal! It takes a miracle for me to get all of my kids and grandkids in one room for pictures and to get them all color coordinated. It's a TON of effort to plan the right time for all of the littles to be fed and napped and in a good mood and then to be kept waiting for that long is ridiculous. After my session I had to wait still longer, another 20 min at least for someone else to show up and process my order bc the photographer was already in yet another session. Just completely crappy service for what I was hoping to achieve that day. I'm so disappointed.
I went there last night and there was a lady mopping the entrance area and she couldn't of been more rude. I didn't realize there was a wet floor symbol right next to the door and she said "Are you serious? You didn't see me ask those other customers to not walk here?!" And I said I'm sorry and she continued to have an attitude with me and got real snarky and said you have a beautiful holiday. Will never shop there again. How dare you yell at me even after I apologized to you.
