Spa Nails 3 in Valparaiso, IN

Not happy with my experience. Poor selection of nail color & also felt rushed picking my color. The pedicure was rushed & she cut me leading to blood. The chair area, utensils & establishment was dirty. I wish I would have left before sitting down. The pedicure was quick & she slapped the color on, one coat only & I had color all over my toes upon looking after I had paid.  I just wanted to get out of there.

One of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. The lady was very rude as soon as we walked in the door, even though we had an appointment. She gave me two seconds to pick out a color while she stood directly behind me the entire time and made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. I asked to have my dip soaked off with foil instead of soaking my entire hand in a bowl and she was rude about that. Then when it came time to take the dip off she left the foil on for a couple minutes and just kept trying to grind it off. She never got all of my previous dip off and tried to start giving me a French manicure with old dip polish still on my nails. I had asked her to go back over the ones that still had a lot on them and she did a horrible job getting my previous dip off and now I can see it under my French manicure. My nails are uneven and I have white paint all on my skin along with old dip stuck under my nails and seeping through the French manicure. It looks horrible and I am so unpleased with my first experience I had at this place, I will not be going back ever.

Simone did a great job on my mani & Pedi. I only rated it 4 because I want to see how durable it is.  I definitely will go back.

I highly recommend this salon. Book with Teresa and you'll love your nails. She does a tremendous job, my nails never chip and I get complements all the time.

I came in to do a no chip mani and a regular pedicure. I was picking out my color and the nail tech told me to come sit down and she starts working on my nails even though I haven't picked my color. I like to take my time when choosing a color and I'm looking through the swatches with one hand while she works on the other. I felt super rushed and she rushed through the manicure. Now for the pedicure, I barely got my feet soaked in the tub. She used a razor blade, plus the cheese grater thing. When she was done, she rinsed it in the tub and put it back in the basket next to me. Which tells me that it was not sanitized at all. So gross. Again, rushed through it all and was just super careless. I paid extra for the wax & scrub and she didn't even let the wax set and nor did she scrub my legs. She just rub it in and rinsed it off. I definitely won't be coming back.
