JCPenney in Hermitage, PA

Don't really write reviews often but my experience here was met with a sigh of relief! Went here with my young son to try on clothes for my sisters wedding this weekend. Picked out about five outfits for him to try on, and couldn't get him in something that he liked. By the time we had picked out an appropriate outfit that we both liked (no flip-flops for us!) I felt bad about the amount of clothes we had taken off the rack. The woman in the fitting rooms was very nice about it though, she really seemed like she had no problem with it, which was very reassuring, especially because I had to take care of my son (I think her name was Claire, give this woman a raise!) She made our experience good, and she was really nice to my son, which made him happy about getting new clothes, which was a first! Thankfully, I got all of my clothes I needed and now we're good to go! Thanks!

Love the men's section. As a member if the Shenango Valley Chorale we must find red bow ties. A very hard thing t find, but Penneys has always come through. Staff are great in helping find items. Keep up the great work.

So disappointed that they shrunk the boys section. I couldn't find anything. I always took my son there to get clothing for school and loved the clearance section, but now it was just one small rack. So disappointing.
