JCPenney in Flagstaff, AZ

I usually love JCPenney and I'm a frequent shopper however, after encountering Nancy who GRABBED my phone out of my hands to fill out a survey about herself, I was very displeased with the management. I was very shocked to learn that she is one of the managers. As a business owner myself, the lack respect is astonishing. Aside from the terrible management, the workers as a whole were very helpful and welcoming. I hope they can get Nancy under control.

Every time I shop at this store at the Flagstaff mall, I give thanks that we still have this store. Many stores have closed across the country. I find incredible value in my every purchase. Today, I found Mixit sandals accidently. Thrilled, because I couldn't wear out my last pair. I bought three pairs and was then surprised to realize they were on sale from $17 per pair to $10 per pair. I had to leave behind my last pair in Bali. They still functioned but had lost the sparkle applications. These are great summer shoes. I pray this Penney store stays open for those of us who live here and for the employees. Contrary to another post, I am always treated with courtesy by the staffr.

JC Penny Has everything I need for the seasons attire, always has. Clothes for the whole family to achieve that beautiful semi formal Christmas dinner! Young lady "Nala" was very professional, observing her interactions with other customers was good to see because when it came my turn she was very nice. I'll be back to do more shopping!

Fear of the boogeyman hoax virus has caused the staff of this store to become shamefully rude with a lack of common sense, decency, and respect for fellow humans. They dont care if they open late, they do not greet you or even speak to you unless you ask a question, you can't touch anything and the LAST thing they want to do is actually have to offer assistance, you know, because you're a leper and all. Terrible Customer Service!!!!!! I don't expect sales to last with this behavior. Absolutely shameful

Love the salon, everyone wears masks and cleans everything i between customers! Little empty due to covid but everyone was helpful as far as finding things and then showed me discounts on the app!
