The Sephora in El Centro has horrible customer service. We waited 30-40 minutes to try to get a color match and the lady that happened to be working in that station went off about her business and forgot she has 2 clients to face Match. I would not recommend this place. The store is never fully stocked, they never have any products that you are looking for.
Worst experience I've ever had! I needed a new make up which is a first for me because I use very minimal, no one working, just one girl at the register and she pretty much shooed me away saying she was alone. "She didn't have time to do a color match" like I'm the inconvenience for wanting to spend my money there. left there feeling like shit never shopping there again.
Horrible customer service. This is the second time this has happened. Was in there about 15 min and no one offered to help me find anything or even acknowledged i was there. Even walked passed me! Another lady tried to ask a girl a question and she turned her head and said "oh, I'm off" and kept walking.... WTH?! So rude.... Idk who these B's think they are. Get over yourselves.... Never going there again...
This Sephora just recently opened at the Imperial Valley Mall. I'm definitely stoked about there finally being one here however the service is horrible. I think the experience would be 10 times better if Sephora hired more friendlier employees :)
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I waited for about 15 min for help. Never got noticed, or if i did i got ignored. Plus the girls where to busy putting on their makeup on the job!!! I prefer the Sephora in San Diego the girls are WAY helpful and WAY more knowledgable about the products you want more info about and what they are for.Only giving it two stars just because it's sephora and i love their makeup not the service.
