I have been growing my hair out for about 7 months now. i wanted to start growing it long and have been stuck with an awkward stage for about a month and a half. I was in the area and wanted a haircut right then and didnt want to schedule out a week and a half. I was able to get in and within less than 40 minutes my whole mood was changed. i have had a horrible two weeks and this is exactly what i needed. i feel refreshed and confident again. Melissa was the one to give me my trim and i had such a great time. I had great conversation, received very kind compliment and left feeling 100% better then when i went in. THANK YOU MELISSA!
Came in for a blowout and she did a fantastic job! Tons of volume, big bouncy curls, and they didn't even charge extra for using hot tools. They also had so many stylists that they were able to squeeze me in last minute--so refreshing in this age of everyone being understaffed.
I have had issues with my hair cutting to short. But I thought I would try again with a different stylist. This time my hair was cut way to short. Then she decided to do a blowout even though she said she knew I was in just for a cut, but wanted to show me how to give volume. At checkout I was charged for more than I had wanted l. I will not go back and advice others to find a new place. Shame on JCP salon for taking advantage of a senior citizen.
Absolutely amazing! I had tried to bleach and tone my own hair awhile back and it was horrible. I made an appointment with Kelly at the salon and she did an amazing job. I went from orange and brown hair to a really nice blonde. She talked me though everything and made sure I got the best deal! I will never to to anyone else.
