I came in wanting oval Christmas nails with a picture and all, I told the guy I wanted the length and the shape in the picture and he said okay and started to cut the acrylic nail and he didn't ask me if I liked the length until after he cut all 10 of them (i know, i should've stopped him but I would've felt bad asking him to redo them). I had to change my design to a plain color because they were too short to do a design on so I picked a light pink and it's see through and patchy because he didn't paint it all the way. The shape are not consistent with the other nails. Overall I would not recommend
Made an appointment a week before for a French dip. Have come here every two weeks for a year since moving here. Things have been steadily going down hill in quality and service since Holly left. Got there and I could tell the person doing my nails bad never done it before. She struggled for an hour and they looked hideous. I asked the gal next door who spoke English to look. She was defensive and refused to help. Finally a very sweet gal (#14) stepped in to help and apologized admitting they looked horrible. Sadly I will be finding a new place in Eau Claire.
Gel manicure pedicure lasted 1 week. Why? Because she put a layer of clear regular polish on first. I'm sure she knew exactly what would happen. It causes the gel to behave just like regular nail polish. So the high price for gel was a complete waste and I'll have to have it redone....elsewhere.
I've been here many times and I've been happy after every visit! I've seen both Holly and Derrick and they both do a great job. :) Derrick especially paid lots of attention to detail, he took his time with every step of my acrylic fill and they looked perfect. He was also friendly and talkative. I highly recommend him!
