Workers in mens dept. YESENIA, MAGGIE AND CLAUDIA didnt want to honor price of shirt put on wrong rack by THEIR employee. There were about 25 shirts "misplaced ". And then claudia speaks to me in Spanish which irks me because i was speaking to her in English. We are in AMERICA people!! So i am a very dissatisfied customer. I did send a complaint to corporate office which none of the 3 employees could give me info on how to contact corporate office.
We came to return something that cost $40 but didn't have the receipt, what was so unprofessional was that the lady in customer service was laughing at us that we only would get like 1 or 2 dollars back.. and she laughed to her coworker as she was typing on the computer.. about what was going on.. in th end we were going to only get 2 dollars back for something we spent $40 on, we felt bad and being laughed at just made it worse.
