Very very very bad, if you are looking to do SNS dipping nails DO NOT GO. To say the least, I asked before walking in if they can do it and they said yes, 2 hours later I find them talking in their language for a while then the tech comes back removing what she applied on my nails to find out that they didn't have the final coat that it is suppose to dry the powder, and they decided on my behalf to remove the powder and put Gel without even asking me. Then the tech response was I'm sorry I'm not the owner so if you are not the owner you don't get your supplies before u start? And you don't talk to the client before you do something different than what they asked?
Was referred by a co worker who had beautiful nails. The lady here Chi is very talented, but after she put on my tips she cut and shaped all nails looked beautiful EXCEPT my index finger on my right hand the most used finger. When I asked her if we could fix/correct she laughed at me stating she has been doing for 20 yrs. Which I knew because I had already asked. She then said she was going to correct it with acrylic I stated I did not like the way it looked and I just wanted to be happy with my new nails that I would have been happy to pay whatever her price was. At that point she stated that I could not be pleased and clipped all the tips off leaving me with nubs. I then pulled the rest of the tips off while she was trying to offer acetone it was not needed they came right off. The only problem I had was with one nail one she could not accommodate my request to fix at that point BEFORE acrylic was put on. I guess she has too much business and makes too much money to accommodate a simple issue. I do not want a set of nails that I am not proud to show so it's good she clipped them off. Honestly she could have just removed the one index finger and corrected.....oh well she is talented and MEAN WILL NEVER TRY TO RETURN she does not want my business anyway I can't be pleased in her opinion....
