Jade Nails in Lake Elsinore, CA

I've been coming here on & off for a few years. The last 2x have been awful. Last week I went in with a friend & got pedicures. The nail tech kept asking over & over if I wanted an extra add on even after saying no. She cut my toe nails very uneven & polish all over my cuticles & skin. I asked her to fix them before leaving. She did but you could hardly tell the difference. She overcharged me $10 & skipped the massage that was included in my pedicure but had no problem asking if I wanted a 10 minute massage for extra money. She proceeded to vigorously rub in the same spot on my calf hardly ever massaging my feet. She popped blood vessels & my foot was sore & swollen days later. I called the salon the following day & the manager was of very little help saying I could come in within the next few days or get 20% off my next visit. I told him I wasn't able to come in that time frame bc my family member just died & I was going to be out of town for the unforeseeable future. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time and money. $69 dollars later & this is what I walked away with.

The best nail salon in the area. Have been going there for 10 years and never anything less than 100% quality. Staff so friendly and professional.

I paid for my acrylics to be removed, and I left the salon with acrylic still on my nail and half of my thumbnail gone. They took advantage of me and over charged me for this product.

I've came to this salon three to four times. Trying to give it a chance with new people every time. But every time I come every person is rude and pushy and demanding on tip, and not satisfied with what you give them. Last Monday 1/8/24 I went in wanting a full set with a picture that " she's done" she said okay I can do that. Three fingers in I'm realizing looks NOTHING like her picture I mentioned it she fixed one and her attitude changed and became rough with my hands, then I seen she's not even caring how it looks I said I don't like it forget it just paint my nails black. She scoffs and tells me it's my fault and laughs and I said why is it and she replied you picked something hard. Yet she said she's done it and could do it. I bit my tongue and I'm not one to do so. Paid. Left. Following day my left middle finger was in pain and went to the dr and I got an infection from her and when I realize it her work area wasn't clean. That was my fault to even chose to continue to stay. Plus she rushed it because the gel wasn't cured all the way because it was seeping at the edges. I did t get her name but her work desk area is at the way back of the salon before you go into their break room. It's the first desk to the left, close to the wax rooms. Do not come here. Worst place ever.

Great service and always available. This is my second time with Mai and she did a fantastic job once again.
