Jaclynn was wonderful to work with. I had to make some last minute date changes due to bad weather and Jaclynn went out of her way to accommodate me so that I could still have my hair and makeup done on my wedding day. She did an incredible job, so much so that despite the rain I encountered on the day (it was an outdoor wedding), both my hair and makeup stayed intact throughout the whole day. It was truly remarkable and not a panda eye in sight. She really is a master at her craft. I highly recommend her to other brides in the area.

Unprofessional business owner who dosen't answer the phone and won't show up to the salon for booked and confirmed appointments. Don't book with this person

Booked an appointment online on Vagaro on a Friday for a Sunday dry style for my friend and I. It allowed me to select "cut and style," but then it changed to "touchups" and I thought nothing of it. I was emailed a confirmation of the appointment.  I tried calling AND emailing Jaclynn Kate to confirm. Her voicemail was full, and she didn't respond to my comment on Vagaro. I assumed the appointment was set . Then she emailed 2 HOURS before the appointment to cancel.  It ruined my entire day and we had a concert that evening. GET IT TOGETHER. If you have appointments available online and you accept them you need to communicate!!! There was an offer to reschedule but no follow-through. Horrible.

She and her team are a complete life saver and worked their magic with my last minute wedding crisis. I found Jaclynn Kate after a trial at another salon went terribly wrong and explained everything when I reached out to her. She was able to squeeze me in last minute and her team and her were able to provide hair and make up for my 4 bridesmaids and I. The airbrush makeup was flawless and made me feel so incredibly beautiful!  That was the part I was most nervous about because I wear minimal makeup on a daily basis. Jaclynn was able to create exactly what I was envisioning for my hair. It was simple, elegant and timeless. I would highly recommend Jaclynn and her team for your wedding. She made the last few weeks a breeze with the hair trial and the day of was perfect!  They were on time and worked through each of the girls in a timely manner and were both bubbly and energetic which fit in with exactly what I wanted our getting ready experience to be. Thank you thank you thank you!

I went to this "salon" to have my hair and makeup done for my brothers wedding. The place was DISGUSTING! I warned the hair dresser my hair took some time she ignored me and my hair fell out within the hour. When my mother told the owner she was promised a refund that never came. It's one thing to do a bad job it's another thing to promise someone a refund for that bad job and never give it. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. If you want a good, worry free wedding day or any important day for that matter do not use this place.
