Salon needs updating, as everything is old & shabby looking inside. Hair cuts: DONT let Marybeth touch your hair! You tell her what you want, she DOESNT listen and then she does what SHE wants. This has happened to me 3 times now, and there will not be a 4th time. I told her to cut no more then 1 inch off the back, and she cut off 4 inches. Coloring: the two best colorists in the shop are Terri and jaime. Both excellent at their craft. These two are the reason I didn't give a 1 star review.
I followed my hair stylist Laura Gialluisi to J Terri Ross. She has done my haircuts for years. She does an excellent haircut and blow dry. She listens to her customers. I recommend her.
Terri and her crew are amazing. My hair cut and color are always spot on. I have been coming to this salon for 20 plus years. I highly recommend it for someone that is looking for a good colorist or good haircut!
The best gel nails. Try it you won't be disappointed. If your nails break, split or chip this is for you.
I've been going to Terri for 20+ years for color and I wouldn't trust anyone else to color my hair! I drive 30 mins from the city for highlights. She also has a great support staff! They are warm and friendly and I love that when I call they get me in right away. Additionally, I look forward to the shampoo! It's a head massage thats lasts for 10 mins. I would definitely recommend J Terri Ross for services!
