Summer is absolutely fantastic. Just the kind of Saturday morning I wanted to have. Peaceful...calming music...shoulder massage and just the way I wanted my hair done! Thank you summer!!

I love this salon. The stylists, colorists, everyone is so helpful. The employees all seem to really care about each other and the customer. I have never gotten a poor haircut and my color is great. I can't recommend them highly enough.

La Relance is definitely a place you can go in and relax in. The customer service is out of this world. Even for a simple service like a hair cut you can always count on a scalp and hand massage. Amanda the owner is awesome and sure to take care of you, as she is usually around.

My teen daughter has gotten 2 haircuts here by two different stylists and both times the cuts were uneven and she was not happy. They do not seem to know how to cut curly hair. The second time I spoke up for her and asked for her to not cut it after straightening it and they said that was how it needed to be cut. They proceeded to blow dried it straight and curled it with a flat iron when I told them she did not want that and I told her she would just wet it when she got home. She said it was "included" I also asked for it to be thinned out. She has very curly and thick hair. It looked like a bell when she washed it after we got home. They offered for her to come back and said they can thin it out some more. They also said the picture she showed them was not a realistic haircut for her. I am not sure why a stylist would not say that before cutting someone's hair. My daughter did not want to go back since she was embarrassed and worried it would be made worse. I would not recommend this salon for curly hair.

It's taken me a long time to find someone who understands hair quite the way Amanda does. My hair was an absolute wreck, bleached to hell and completely falling out in chunks at a time at one point. Amanda was the one who pointed out I had been using way too much protein and my hair has become porous and brittle. It's been a semi long journey and for the time I have been seeing her she and Summer have certainly done wonders to my hair and scalp. Certain places you frequent more often you begin to notice things, being set aside for someone else or being treated not quite the way you were the first time you walked in. LA Relance provides continuous and reliable service. They come equiped wirh blankets and refreshments and your appointment includes an amazing neck shoulder scalp as well as hand massage The whole crew here are more than competent when it comes to hair. Summer, Tori, Michael, Amanda all gems.
