First appointment today with Jimmy. My appointment was at 1:00 and he called me over at 1:20. I asked if he normally ran behind and he said he does, even up to 30 minutes. I understand 5-10 minutes on occasion. However if this is how you treat your clients I don't care to be one of them. I had concern for the next client whose appointment was at 3:00. Had I stayed she would have ended up waiting as well. I suggest you schedule in wiggle room that affects YOU and not your customers.
I've been a customer for years. Jimmy is the owner and he's very talanted, but lately I've been using Beth and I love her to pieces. Rhonda does my nails and I always look forward to my visits. She's a doll! This is a real jewel for Springdale.
