J&F Gemelli Salon - Stone Creek in Cary, NC

I saw Julia today, she spend a lot of time working on my hair. I am truly thankful. Service was amazing. I forgot the the young woman's name who helped me book my appt, she was also amazing and lovely. I'm very thankful for J&F, I could never do anywhere else after this wonderful experience
Edited to add why I went there:
I had some matting issues with my hair. I have very fine, thin hair. I have to sleep with it in a braid or up. Welp, one day I didn't and then it just got worse and worse. I was so extremely embarrassed. From jump they said "do not worry, we will take care of you" and they sure did. At first I'm like just cut it off (would have been Britney 2007 style)
Honestly, I cannot see my self going anywhere else. It was such a positive experience even tho I came in for something that was hard to do, and Julia said "I'm going to save your hair" (or something like that) and she did. Running my fingers through my hair, it smells wonderful, I am just in awe. Recommend 10/10

This was my first experience dealing with this salon and I'm so glad I went! I got my worst haircut ever a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't stand it any longer so I went to Jessica. She straightened everything out for me and I love my hair again! Thanks for an amazing job, Jessica! :)

This location was able to fit me in last minute on Valentine's Day after I had a really unfortunate experience at the Lochmere location that almost left me with dull and unevenly covered hair and no hair appointment for a special date my boyfriend had planned that night. Stone Creek was very accommodating, and I'm extremely happy things worked out the way they did! Clay was awesome, funny and friendly and listened to my goals for my hair and was honest with me about what the first results would probably be due to my previously copper hair. My boyfriend loved my hair and I felt way more confident than I have in a long time. I know my hair has years worth of bleach in it and it's hard to hold color sometimes for long and all I did was ask about their hair color refreshers just to get some of the color back and they offered to recolor it for no cost to me without even asking because they felt the color should've lasted longer. This is what you call amazing customer service which can be incredibly hard to find these days especially in Salons. I just moved here from NJ and was very attached to my hair dresser and I'm glad to have found Clay who I trust 100% with my hair.  The whole staff was so nice and each of them took interest in my color and put a lot of thought into how they were going to execute what I wanted. Highly recommend!

Clay is amazing (Stone Creek)! I told him I wanted to cover my gray, blend all of my highlights and color together (and I needed a good trim on split ends) so my hair would look more polished and blended. He did an incredible job. The service at this salon is always top notch. Everyone is accommodating, from the receptionist to each and every stylist. It's always a relaxing time, like I've spent an hour at the spa, and I leave looking 100% better than when I walked in. I got home and my husband told me my new hair color and style made me look younger - I'll take that any day! Thank you, Clay!  Excellent results and great customer service!

Alan is a brilliant star. I used to go to him all the time. However I ran out of the time needed for his careful and precise work and had to find someone who could get my cut and color done quickly. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about their clients, is engaged and does brilliant work, try to get with him.
