This is a review for the first set I received less than two weeks ago.
I wore a mask because I know the COVID numbers have been steadily going up and I'm definitely concerned about the latest variant. Unfortunately the technician didn't agree and complained about working around the mask. Um, the mask is not on my eyes. She didn't put on enough lashes and said that's because it's a partial. However I got a partial fill today and received way more lashes than the first set.
After less than 2 weeks, most of the original set had fallen off. After 1-2 days lashes on both eyes were discombobulated. I've been getting lashes on and off for the last 10 years and haven't received a new set this sloppy ever.
This is just a review of my first visit. My second visit was much better. Word of advice if you're trying to avoid getting COVID, maybe clarify that the tech will be wearing a mask before booking an appointment.

I appreciate the salon reaching out and letting me have more time for my appointment. The total time came out to 1 hour and 45 minutes which came out still a bit under what full set appointments last (in my experience) but my eyelashes were much fuller and closer to what I usually see with hybrids so I was okay with that.
It was annoying having to drive out again but again, I should've spoken up the first time when I saw that my full set appointment only lasted an hour.
I will say that since moving here from California, this is the first lash salon (I've been to three in the last two months) where the final product looked like how it used to look after going to my main place.
I definitely would recommend this place.
