The place and the decor is awesome, great scenery, big Seahawk fan, but the barber that did my hair didn't want to do his job, no conversation, cold and just wanted 45 dollars for a horrible haircut that was uneven and rude. IDK about the other barbers but this one that I got sucked.
Don't go to Jordan just like other guy said, he's tall and has a nose ring, he shakes when he does a edge up and also asks other people if his edge up is good , dosent know how to cut hair to save his life asked for a shadow fade and got idk what, he just all around a bad barber, go to the white guy name Caleb, new to Fairbanks first haircut here and messed me tf up
I was torn between 2 and 3 stars because of how things went. FIRST OFF WHY IN THE HELL ARE MOST HAIRCUTS IN THIS TOWN OVER $30. Ya can't blame it on the small town I come from one and it is no where near that. With that being said the cut I got was pretty impressive the location is pretty ok and parking is open for sure. The guy I went to (we never exchanged names) he was good asked about what I wanted and also was cool in his chit chat.
Next the cut itself he was good and pretty quick as well that's a big thing he focused and took the time he needed and showed me the end product. Which looked really good with clean lines and an amazing fade!!
The reason this is getting a low score is because of the price AGAIN $50 freaking dollars!!!! I have gotten some of the most amazing haircuts for $20-30 this isn't worth it at all. Second it's 2023 and I know the ATM gets you and extra few bucks as well as cuts the weird cost that comes with using a card and makes taxes hella easier............... but really I'm already getting charged out the ass for this cut you can at least make that part easy, it's like getting money out at a strip club you're getting screwed twice.
The points are this I got a great haircut but passed on another shop because they were up front about their prices. So be forewarned do not go into this thinking it's a fair price it's gonna $50 off the rip plus tip for a haircut.
just don't get Jordan or you'll get you man bun cut off!! lol well I won't go here again and I wouldn't recommend this place to my vet buds its a shame I was stationed here 10+ years ago and it used to be better
Best haircut I've got in Fairbanks. Tried a few places always give em 2nd chances bcuz different barbers cut different. Jordan did good with clippers and scissors haircut and beard shape up. Going back in due time.
