J'adore Nail Bar in New Baltimore, MI

If i could give this place a 0 star review i would. I walked in explaining i want a HOT PINK french tip on my toes, thin french tip on my nails (dip) and my eyebrows done. First, my toe nails were cut so short that they look raw, my cuticles were ripped off and im still sitting here in utter pain on my toes hours later, she did WHITE french tip on my toes and i just let it go since she had already started, my 2 big toes are completely different shapes and lengths aswell. Then moving to my fingers, there was red in the dip pink coat for my french tips that left red specks all in my nails. I told the guy to fix it and he never did, so my white tip nails have red specks. My white tips are also uneven and kind of fade, they aren't crisp. If i wanted ombré i would've asked for that. The cuticles on both pinkies hurt just like my toes as well. At this point i wasn't going to risk them doing my eyebrows hence my 21st birthday is tomorrow! so i went elsewhere. Now when paying, i paid for my 100 dollar service, i even tipped 10% which is very generous considering. The man who did my finger nails had the audacity to ask me to tip him more. Never coming here again and you shouldn't either.

I've been here nearly 3 dozen times and figured it is time to leave a review. This is normally my monthly treat for myself, but today was a definite miss. I'm not sure I will be returning. Pretty salon, convenient location, but difficult to get in unless u book several days out and lately, the work and attention to detail has gone downhill. No credit/debit tips allowed. Cash (or Venmo for some techs) only.

I made an appointment and they didn't take me back until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The woman who did my pedicure was incredibly rude and made it an uncomfortable experience. It took 2 hours to get a full set because my nail tech kept answering and scheduling appointments despite other employees just standing around. Then after a week all of my nails start d popping off. I've had acrylics for years and I've never had that happen in a week's time. So the quality, I would say, is poor. They charged per rhinestone and charged extra for me wanting 2 colors. The vibe was uncomfortable and the staff had no sense of urgency. I won't ever go back. Especially for the price.

Start to finish 40 minute shellac pedi. Minimal exfoliating and massage. One of the very worse pedicures I have ever had.

I've gone to J'adore a few times. Most have been for pedicures and they did a great job. This time I went for a Lux Pedi which is the most expensive and the whole experience was sub par. I came home & looked at the polish on my toes and it's completely streaky. The guy who did the pedi could of cared less. I'm not sure I'll go back again but if I do it won't be to the guy with the blue tooth.
