The people here are so rude, dismissive and unaccommodating. I called ahead and they said yes they have time. Im from out of state, here Uber dropped me at another j&j 7 mins away. Are you kidding me right now' extra 20 to find a place when the first place (this place) was rude even after I explained I'm from out of town and ubered. Wasn't even offered to wait. These idiots need custome service course in addition to English tutoring.
I go to this place all the time during lunch at work. They are fast and do a great job. Most of the time you need to get an appointment because they are busy but if they can fit you in, they will. I'm shocked at the bad reviews and after being there several times. It almost makes me wonder if it's under new ownership. The place is clean, people are friendly and they can do designs pretty good too.
I've been going to this nail salon but I'm handicapped - I have a walker and I need assistance getting my feet in the bowl - they took my appointment but when I got there and tried to get out of my car the owner comes out and screamed at "you no come in - my wife say you too much trouble " - I was so hurt - I'm black and I don't know why they thought this was the way to handle this - if they don't accommodate the handicapped it should be on their website and door - they were rude a inhuman - please don't go there
I'm still looking for a good place for a pedicure where the environment is clean, and the clientele aren't dirtbags. The girl who did my toes was nice enough, but I could have used a longer leg massage and more witty banter. This place isn't horrible, but still isn't "the one." The search continues!
Went to have my nails done, Sunday evening around 6:00, the close at 7:00. the owner turned me away and told me there were closed, when they were open, I felt so humiliated. Went else where and had them done and when I drove by j & J nails, were still open. I will never go there again or would i will never recommend to friends or family or anyone else for that matter....
