Tried this spot out on my way through Burlington. I only had time for a quick SNS manicure but wish I could have gotten a pedicure! The service was too notch and the establishment was clean. Once you sign in, you are asked to wash your hands which is a plus. The man who did my nails was thorough and did an excellent job. I don't like my nails long and he checked to be sure I liked the length twice--once when he cut them and again after filing. My nails look great! I wish I lived closer because I would definitely go back!
This place is not it. If you're seeking a haircut, search elsewhere. I came here multiple times to find a someone who would be willing to cut and trim my hair. Each time was a disappointment. It's been almost a month and I am still waiting for my uneven hair to grow to the point where I can have an adjustment/touch up.
The owner of this establishment is a terrible person. Very mean and rude to her clients and employees. Will never be going back.
I have been here many times for scheduled appointments and I have walked in. I have always been greeted kindly. When i have walked in the "wait time" has always been accurate. I have observed the post service clean up. I highly recommend iSalon.
I went for a pedicure my first and last time in March. That pedicure itself was fine but the room was dirty and chairs were in need of replacement. My friend went last week and has a terribly infected toe now. She called the store to speak with the owner and the owner was "busy" and never returned her call. I wish I could give them a zero
