I got eyelash extensions here twice and spent over 200$ total. First I asked for a classic set and they gave me classic full without asking me and charged me more for it. I specifically did NOT want fans and the classic full set is NOT a classic set. It is a hybrid set. Half the lashes fell out in two days and when they fixed it they gave my extra volume and I wanted NATURAL. Then they canceled my two week fill an hour before my appointment. Super unprofessional. And I was out of state till the next week where she proceeded to charge me for a 3 week fill even though she canceled my 2 week. I wanted natural classic lashes. You would never have guessed I spent 105$ on a fill with how they turned out.
I'm definitely not coming back.
