Made an appointment for two days prior to a special event. The day of the appointment I called to ask a question and the girl told me my appointment wasn't for that day but 3 weeks later. I"m from our of town and wouldn't even be there then. There was no apology and this was an error on their part.
this place is absolutely dreadfu! I had scheduled not ONE not Two but THREE appointments over the course of two months and both the first two appointments were accepted and confirmed weeks before and the same day of the agreed appointment time were canceled moments prior to the appointmen. and the 3rd appointment was accepted the day before literally less than 12 hrs out and then canceled 15 min after waiting for some one to unlock the door. and was told bc I was not in the building she was canceling it. I called no answer and see people inside doing hair but not a one acknowledged me. this was a huge mistake on their part bc I spend a lot on my nails I'm known for my nails and pay over $200 for balances bc I value the trade and skills but they lost me
11/10 recommend never once have I had a bad experience there ! Tabby always does an amazing job on my nails , I never leave unhappy when cassie does my hair , and every time I have called to make an appointment it was excellent customer service and they're always so helpful with working with my schedule. Wouldn't go to any other salon !
Infinity Salon is a great place to go. The staff is so friendly and Karli does a great job on people's hair. She's also very personable and has a great sense of humor and laugh.
Love Pam Riley for a blow out. I don't understand the retail space inside. It feels out of place in a Salon. They have recently remodeled but went so trendy it will get tired too soon needs to be timeless and chic in here
