I have been going to nail Tech since we've moved to Dundee for 6 yrs off and on. 2 weeks ago I got a pedicure. The girl that did my pedicure is fairly new. She was kinda rough from the beginning. She told me Teresa will get my ingrown nails. Now mind you they have gotten them before but nothing like this time. When Teresa came and sat down I let her know that my big toes were pretty sore. Well she went right in with a metal pointy tool and then took the little pliers and started pulling and cutting. Before I knew it I was bleeding. She put some stop bleed stuff on it and then went to town on the other side. It started bleeding. She then went to my other big toe and it felt like she poked it to the bone and it started bleeding. I let her know I can't let her do the other side it's hurting to bad. Teresa had blood on her hands, blood was dripping on the towel. She told the young girl that did my toes to sit and hold cotton on my nails. My nails continued to bleed. I told the girl that I don't want my toes polished because of my toes bleeding. I asked her if she could just put bandaids on my toes. She went to look for bandaids and couldn't find any. This girl also had no gloves on and was getting blood on her hands. As I sat there I started feeling very sweaty and i didn't feel right. I told the girl that I was going to pass out. A customer told them to lay the seat back. The girl went and got me some water and a granola bar. As I was laying back I heard the girl that done my toes say "she doesn't want her toes painted because she's bleeding. Before I know it Maria came over and switched with the girl AND STARTED PAINTING MY BLOODY TOES!! No gloves! Nothing! As she was painting them she was wiping the blood off. Well... it's been two weeks now and my right toe hasn't healed. I went to the doctor and today I went to the podiatrist and ended up getting the side of my toenail removed and some of my toe is also gone on the side from them having to get the toenail and the infected area. I'm back on antibiotics Never again!!! I feel like I was taken Advantage of and my toes were a complete blood bath. I didn't get a discount or nothing and still they charged me. It's been hell!

Workers nice polite but we left after we watched the boy (definitely under 15) wash with hand soap a very worn out sponge and tools then sit down with those tools to start our pedicures. We are not from MI and may that is an ok standard here. I asked and was told they were washed in a solution. Nope it was hand soap bath and body works to be specific. No autoclave just reusing those tools oof! The floors were dirty there was a wadded up napkins with a half eaten donut on the arm rest of the chair the floors were not swept and on the work table at my station were nail clippings and dirty tools. Lots of stuff piled up snd sitting along the walls. Sadly this was going to be my nieces first pedicure :(

Poorly done, left bubbles. They kept leaving me to help other people which I do understand but it was for long periods of time. When the lady was doing my nails she was on FaceTime nearly the entire time.

They don't have enough techs for as much business as they get, I called and asked how long the wait was for a full set and they said an hour, so I came back in exactly an hour and still had to wait an additional 2, after the 2 hour Mark I left. If you want to get your nails done or anything here make sure you don't plan anything for the day cause you'll be there for 4 hours or more.

Today was my first time at Nail Tech and will be my last. Hoping and praying my heel does not get infected. The place is dark and dingy. She sat me right away, but sat there soaking for over an hour before anyone touched me. Should have listened to my inner voice and ran far away!! The woman was very distracted. Stopped in the middle to clean two tubs and prepare for other customers. Dug, pushed, clipped nail tools so hard tears came to eyes. Then the cheese grater came out and shredded my feet leaving an open raw spot on my right heel. Over two hours and injured. Stay away!
