Very rude. Poor customer service and I do not recommend going here. I called on a Sunday afternoon asking if they had any free time to do a dip for myself and paint 2 of my daughters nails. They said to come at 3. we got there a few minutes before 3 and there were 2 people getting pedicures. They told us to pick our colors and then sat us down in the chairs they'd be doing our nails at. We waited and waited and waited. A couple came in and they got their pedicures before we even got started. After 30 mins we left. They didn't even say goodbye or ask if we wanted to reschedule....absolutely not a word. It was as if they were waiting for us to leave. My girls and I were very disappointed.
I want my money back. I mean at least train your people and ensure they have credentials. This place is the cream of the crop bad and epitome of the Midwest. Complete Sh1t. Horrible customer service. How dare you call yourself a nail salon. Look at the photos. I want my money back!!!
Absolutely wonderful service! They went above and beyond, I will be returning each Christmas. I live in denver but this will be a regular stop during the holidays. Thank you Tom so much!
The two guys working here, Tom( the owner) and Lam do an excellent job!! I've been to 3 or 4 of the women in there, I wasn't really pleased with any of them. I usually call ahead and schedule an appointment with Lam! He's very good, pays great attention to detail!! Tom the owner is a super nice guy. Always very friendly!
I love this place! They do a great job for a fair price but even more than that I love the personalities and friendliness of the people who work there! They get to know their customers and treat everyone that enters with respect. I won't go anywhere else!
