This is the best nail salon in area. Every time I go there I have the best treatment possible. I love L A nails.
Pedi was terrible . 55$ for me to have my feet dipped in warm water for like 90 second. Then when she went to file on the heels it was laughable. She just swiped it across the heel. No massage at all whatsoever . Then she wiped the scrub stuff on my legs and sprayed it off . I cracked up laughing. Said directly to her that I'll never come here again. Robbing people . She chose some peach color to go under my sparkle pink choice . Made the color dull but I didn't even want to argue it because of the clear indication that she didn't care if I was satisfied. NOPE NOPE NOPE
I would rate this salon a zero if I could. The place smelt very unpleasant when you first walk in and the people were rude( looked as if they were judging me the whole time). I will never go back to this salon again and I suggest you do the same!
Came in for a relaxing mani and pedi and it was far from relaxing. I hate places that have two or three people team up and do your manicure at the same time they you the pedicure. That's not my kind of relaxation. One of the previous reviews said how clean it was and that they switch out the liners for each person, but this was not the case when we went. It did seem relatively clean, but they didn't use liners at all (which to me doesn't feel sanitary) and it seemed they used the same tools without sanitizing after each use. Gross! I paid for a gel manicure and felt like it was just a polish change with a 30 second hand massage. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.
I like this place. The prices are reasonable and they do good work. They also are extremely clean and use a new liner every time they do a pedicure. My only issue is that their pedicures are pretty basic. No callus removal or massage.
