Extremely unprofessional, staff is extremely entitled and will not admit when wrong. And the owner, Chrissy refuses to address the unprofessional behavior provided by her staff . I would even go as far as to say she reinforce this behavior. When a loyal costumer had an issue with the extreme banding Andrea caused FOR THE SECOND TIME Andrea decided to give up instead of apologizing and fixing her mistake. Then when she attempted to communicate with Chrissy in hopes of asking her to fix it, Chrissy was impossible to reach and when she did give a response it was rude and untrue. The quality of the service would not have been a huge issue if Chrissy held her staff accountable and fixed the VERY CLEAR mistake. But instead Chrissy decided to be rude and unprofessional, even at her big age. Extremely unsatisfied by the quality of service and behavior of staff
Jessica is absolutely amazing! And the salon is always clean, and professional looking. I love that Jeasica is open to do whatever I want, makes suggestions, is very personable and has a great sense of humor. The rest of the stylists are very friendly and they help each other all the time
The only place I'll let touch my hair. I even got my mom to try this salon and now she's switching to here. And they always do a great job with the fun colors! Sarah is the best!
I heard about images via Facebook and was a bit hesitate at first because their prices looked actually affordable and the pictures I was reviewing looked almost too good to be true! So I booked an appointment to get my horrible box colored hair a much needed make over and let me tell you what couldn't have been more blown away literally!!! The woman working there are all extremely friendly, the salon extremely clean and well maintained, prompt and professional services. Offered valuable feedback and definitely made me feel amazing will always be going to Images in elkton
