Heather is great! She listened to what I requested and helped make it work! She was also great with my boys (5 & 7). They are rambunctious and do not have time to sit still for a haircut, but she got them through it. They look great every time they come out of her chair!
If you are trying to go blonde, do not go here. I have been going to Rachel for a couple years now. When I first started going to her it was amazing and I loved my hair. I wanted to go silver blonde but it was definitely an up keep. I decided to go platinum blonde around the beginning of this year. She stated she would be able to do this with out damaging my hair. As she started the process, Rachel recommended me to come in every 4 weeks. I was getting full on bleach in my hair every 4 weeks. I advised to her I should probably come back within 6 week period of time, my hair is very thin and fine to begin with. Once the process started, I loved it and it still felt Great an healthy. Rachel then advised me to get it done again a 3rd time, after I just got it done 4 weeks ago. I came home to it feeling fine. The next few days I noticed it starting to get thinner, frizzy, my ends kept breaking off and now currently my hair has been falling out. You can see right through my hair. I have globs of hair in my brush and on the floor whenever I style or brush my hair. I have spent so much money on getting my hair done by Rachel. I have reached out to her about my concerns, I have never got a response back and ignored. Just shows she doesn't care about her clients. Inconsistent results· Inexperienced stylist
