I went on a whim while in GR and regret it. I wanted to redo a dip that was lifting. The person who did my nails (Lily) filed my nails so much that I now have ridges next to most of my cuticles. It's going to take me forever to grow them out! Additionally, after only 4 days, some of the gel polish has already chipped. Not happy. Would give negative stars if I could!!
Let me preface this review by saying I am an extremely loyal person! Once I find a place that has friendly people and great service, I am a repeat customer. I have been seeing the same nail person for over 10 years and recently she sold her salon and moved to Holland. I was a bit sad to have to try a new nail place... however I was blown away by the quality of the pedicure I received on top of the employee friendliness! This is my new nail place and I am so happy that I stopped in. I highly recommend the deluxe pedicures- my legs felt incredible afterwards!
I've been going to Fabulous Nails for about 2 years now. I highly recommend them!! My nails look great every time. They are kind, reasonably priced, and do great work. I love that they have an individual box with my name on it that holds the nail file they use each time. They also do a great job at cleaning down each station between each client.
New ownership has made ALL the difference here! Went for a manicure and pedicure recently and was SO well taken care of. The tech gave me the longest leg massage I've ever had at a nail salon and really focused on helping release tension. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Run, don't walk!
I have been a reoccurring customer here because I have ultimately liked the outcome of my nails and they're super close to where I live. The downside is the service is terrible, especially for the price. People go to salons to get pampered and feel relaxed, here, I feel rushed. They're super low staffed which makes for a long wait (for walk-in appointments and scheduled appointments), they rushed me into picking a color and have had some aggressive tendencies when actually doing my nails. It is clear they are just trying to get people in and out. The last thing i'll add is that my last experience was the not great because while I was getting my nails done by the manager/lady in charge, she was having a whole conversation with another customer the ENTIRE time. It was just rude and not good customer service.
