While the technicians are talented I found the office staff rude and inflexible. They would say things like "well that's all the time you have left in your appointment and we'll do the best we can but can't help you otherwise" regardless of the situation.

Debbie (the owner) is an absolute sweetheart and extremely professional and courteous. My lashes were applied by Annie - also a sweetheart, who made me feel so comfortable trying something new. Both have the hands of a surgeon! No pain, no damage to my natural lashes, and no more mascara necessary :) My lashes get complemented daily. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you!!

Got a last minute appointment without any problems! It was about an hr appointment where you get to customize your set of lashes and basically take a nap-- except when you wake up, you're way prettier!! Haven't had to wear makeup in 3 weeks, and love waking up looking refreshed. I am getting them redone today and am looking forward to refreshing my look and trying new lengths of lashes

I love iconic salon. I have natural lash looking extensions every 3 weeks and it is fabulous. No more raccoon eyes or clumpy lashes. I always look awake and fresh. I will never go back to mascara. Debbie is a breath of fresh air, natural and easygoing. She always makes me feel comfortable and when I leave I feel pretty.
The salon is clean and very relaxing. My 3week routine is affordable and holds up well. Highly recommend Iconic!!

I have been wanting to get my lashes done for the longest time but was always scared to do it because my eyes are so sensitive ever since I got LASIK a few years ago. I read the reviews for Iconic Studio and decided to check it out! Tania was very gentle and she took her time. My lashes came out great. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and the staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful. They offer four different lash services to cater to everyone's particular lash goals.
