I recently moved here from AZ, needed to find my Own nail salon to get my pedicure and manicure done. They are following COVID-19 protocols. I had Nancy and she was so welcoming made me safe. I love this place and I can't wait to go back!
Decided to try this little place out despite the reviews. As an old teacher of mine would say, we all look through rose color glasses. The wait was a little bit longer than expected, but the experience was worth it. This nail spa doesn't have the extra gadgets, but that didn't matter. What they had was charm and awesome customer service. They took their time applying my full set and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.
It was my first time in there Because I was referred to the place not reviewing it before I went. But since the person I was with was known to them they were nice to us but still doesn't excuse the fact of how my nails look. I got a full set of coffin nails with gel polish. The polish color was cute on the mannequin hand but when it's on mines it's completely different. When it was time to put the polish on, they put a base clear coat, 2 coats of the polish & a top clear coat. When I left this past Friday night it was good nothing was wrong BUT Saturday evening I noticed that on both of my thumb nails were changing to a rusty brown color, then some of my other nails were doing the same. So i say if you can please avoid this shop. I literally feet my nails done so much so I know nothing like this has ever happened to me. So disappointed
Will not be visiting this nail salon ever again. Just wanted a gel manicure and my cuticles ended up being cut way too short. The service was decent but nothing special.
If I could give zero stars I would. Please stay away from this place. I went here to get dip nails. I already had dip and they told me that I can just do a refill instead of soaking off the dip because they use acrylic(worst mistake ever). These people know nothing about nails and should not have put acrylic over dip nails (I didn't know that, but I'm not the "nail professional"). Fast forward to present day, I go back to my regular nail shop to get a dip soak and guess what is under my nails....MOLD!! I have never in life had this happened to me since I've been getting my nails done. These people rushed my nails and didn't want me to soak bc it was too time consuming, save your money and time and do business else where. I'll never step foot back in this shop again. Look at the pic below, it's disgusting.
