would caution you with this salon, because if you get stuck at the nearby train crossing, you will get cut. Pun intended. The rail crossing at Poplar pike is right by this salon so it's a very real risk! I booked in advance through the Vagaro app and had a credit card on file to reserve my time. I walked in the door right as they were calling me to cancel. They showed no flexibility and cancelled. I was booked for a full Balyage service with Alyssa and I was very excited for the appointment and blocked the whole morning to come. So if you are excited to pamper yourself and get some fresh color, I would hard pass on this salon...I have recommended it in the past but can't in good conscious recommend anymore. Find a salon farther from a rail crossing! You would think after a year of Covid restrictions that kept people from getting these salon services that they would be flexible and excited to have customers looking forward to come who could make referrals after
Allie Faith continues to give me the best results. Every time I come out with better hair than I have ever had before. She is so kind and very talented, her art on my head makes me feel beautiful.
Booked an appointment for a haircut and blow dry, received a confirmation text, showed up, and stylist wasn't there. Owner tried to make it right by offering a "15 minute haircut"....can't imagine what that would look like! Horrible customer service and would never recommend.

The only reason this is not a 5 star is because not everyone was masked. 1/2 people of the front had a mask on and I watched as 2 stylists did not wear a mask the entire time they worked on an unmasked clients. Other than that everyone there was so friendly and inviting. Will most definitely return once they fix this mask issue/ covid is over.
