My mom and I went here to get our nails done for a wedding we were very clear on what we both wanted and both the lady and the guy that did our nails failed to listen to anything we had asked for and just did what they wanted to do. The guy watched the football game the entire time he did my moms nails and they didn't look terrible but it was NOT what she had asked for and she's a very simple woman, I had asked for just regular French tips and instead ending up getting colored acrylic put on my entire nail so I couldn't even go get them filled, she then proceeded to TELL me I wanted diamonds on my nails and I said no to them and she put them on my nails anyways. They then proceeded to charge us $260 for the crappy experience, and nails that neither of us liked at all. We used to come to hot tip all the time with no problems and now we for sure will never be going back.
Me and my little sister were for a girls day and got pedicures they cut up my toes and started to blended. The even used the same tool for me and my sister which is still gross. They didn't even clean them Couldn't even do a simple French tip like come on. Plus it was 210$ I've never paid that much for 2 pedicures in my life there is definitely better places. I don't write reviews but I usually don't get cut up either so.
Been going here for years! The owner is extremely nice and hardworking, even when going through the toughest times. Such great work for such good prices! I will def be coming here more.
Love this nail salon, they always do me right. The employees are so sweet. Best nail salon i have ever been too in my personal opinion and the pedicures are AMAZING. I would recommend this place 10000x.
