Hot Dogz Pet Spa in Wenatchee, WA

Our pair of westies always get a great cut and enjoy visiting Hot Dogz. We have never had anyone do the "canine design" other than the owners. I was delighted to find out they had changed locations rather than closed their shop! Keep it up fellas and thanks.

Hot Dogz has always been the best until they brought in two "assistants" that can only (given my experience) give a generic buzz cut. After I brought my two dogs back for a "re-do" because their first cuts were uneven, and just plain weird, I wasn't given an apology or a discount even though i quickly returned after one week to give them a second chance. In fact, they were more defensive than helpful. Third try, the next week, I went to an experienced groomer who took out the matting in the hind legs and in between foot pads that clearly hadn't been done during the prior two trys. Also, some "private parts" hadn't been groomed. Not right...not good. If you have a generic dog that requires a generic cut, you'll probably be fine .... I'd still check for matts!

This place is so cute inside and they did a fantastic job grooming my retriever he looks beautiful and smells so nice. I'm glad they actually hair dry them too instead of stick them in an enclosed box and blow heat on them like a lot of places do. I drive from seattle to come here and my whole family gets their dogs groomed here too. They have a real eye for beauty and a compassion for dogs.
