Raven did a phenomenal job - she said everything I needed to hear without having to ask to calm my haircut anxieties. Having curly hair, it's difficult to find someone to trust to cut it but she exceeded all my expectations! Thank you so much for doing a great job!

The salon is welcoming and cozy with plenty of great items to window shop while there. There is lots of natural lighting and space.

Overall a wonderful experience!

Today was my 3rd time to this salon. The first time my hair was amazing. The second time I had the same stylist but she made my lowlights so light that I looked super blonde. Not what I wanted. I have no idea why she changed it. Anyway, I made an appointment to get highlights done again, but this time for the lowlights to be darker. The stylist was super nice but she only did the lowlights. When she was blow drying my hair I got the feeling she was done so I said we're adding my highlights too right. She said no. That the front desk girl has only scheduled me for lowlights. I told her I still wanted the highlights though because my hair has grown out with that blonde and my greys are showing and I always get highlights. She said there wasn't time because of how the scheduler scheduled me. I'm so upset. The lowlights are great but that doesn't change the fact that my dark roots have grown out, you can still see my greys, and it looks unfinished. They couldn't get me scheduled back in for another month for the highlights. I have paid so much money here and feel like I was rushed out instead of getting the service I wanted. I don't think that's right. The stylists should have the ability to make sure the client gets what we want rather than worrying about appointments. I feel like this falls on management or ownership for creating that mentality. Is it honeycombs culture to herd us in and out, or make sure we get what we want done to our hair before we leave? For the prices they charge we should leave with what we want. Period.

My first and last visit to this business, I went in for a haircut and conditioner, I also asked for a glaze.  I told the stylist Athena what my goal was, my hair is blonde but wanted it lighter.  She indicated she understood and would help lighten my hair. What I received was a much darker puke gray-pink color which I was mortified by when I actually saw it. This made me wonder if this stylist is color blind or just needs to go back to beauty school.  Not only that, my haircut she chopped so horribly I can't style it!  I was looking forward to this appointment, only to get the worst beauty salon experience in my entire life! I will not go back.  Just beyond dissatisfied, the word incompetent comes to mind!

I hate to give a bad review for this place because it was a beautiful salon and everyone was just so nice, but unfortunately my hair did not turn out as nice.  

I went in for highlights and color, and I left with the worst hair color I've ever had.  I'm not being hyperbolic, it's literally the worst. The highlights were blotchy and streaky.  The overall color was SOOOO dark. I'm not sure why this color was chosen because it was way darker than my natural color, way darker than my color at the time, and not even close to the goal picture I showed her.  Everything was also extremely overtones and my hair was literally BLUE when I walked out the door (not the natural look I was going for).

I spoke with a manager, she was so nice and happily agreed to schedule me for a free re-do.  Unfortunately the damage had already been done.  The additional highlights from the re-do helped a little bit, but my hair is still extremely dark so the highlights just look streaky and skunk-like.  Also, I'm still blue.  So a waisted 6+ hours, $300+, time off work, and my hair is super over processed.  

I'm not saying this is a bad salon.  Like I said, everyone was so nice.  This was just my unfortunate experience and I don't know how things went so wrong...

Bad experience aside, they have a really cute gift shop ‍
