Worst experience of my life. A male with glasses who did my SNS manicure and did a horrible job. He didn't apply the SNS correctly and destroyed my cuticles. Once it was time to remove the horrible job done at this spa, my nails grew fungus and are EXTREMELY sensitive and weak. I would not recommend this spa to anyone!
They were a little understaffed and my appointment was late; My appointment was at 1:45pm but no one got started on my nails until 1:55pm or so. Other than the lateness, the person who did my nails was professional and did a very good job! The ambiance of the salon was very cute as well. All in all, my time at S.H.E was pretty good!
Stopped in to get a pedicure. I don't necessarily need any bells and whistles, just a cut and massage and I am good to go. The service was good but more importantly the establishment was very clean and appealing. While getting my pedicure I was able to watch tv and get my massage. The prices were not too bad for a basic pedicure, obviously with all the extras you pay more but that is up to you.
Not too impressed with my recent experience. I've been going here for years. Mostly powder dip nails sometimes gel.
Last week I went to take off my powered and put on gel. The nail technician was sloppy with my hands didn't seem to care and wanted to rush. She was trying to rip my powder off with a metro train card and it hurt instead of soaking them and using the drill. It honestly was painful
I got gel done you could still see the powder under them and they chipped the next day. I'm trying to take my gel off myself now and I have powder under them & my nails are all cracked

They go above and beyond to make sure they see you in a timely manner, I walked in and was seen quickly. Sarah was so kind and very sweet and great to talk too! Highly recommend coming here they know what to do and don't upcharge on everything! Thanks Sarah
