I tried this nail salon for the first time this morning. I should have paid attention while the technician was painting my toes. Very rarely do I not examine closely before leaving... just noticed that the skin on my pinky toenail was painted and not the nail.
I also want to mention that I purchased a $50 spa pedicure which includes a 10 min massage. A timer was not set and I received less than 5 min total. I did not say anything but I should have. I've never experienced that before. It wasn't busy either.
This salon is in a great location and I'm sure they will consider training their staff. I simply don't have the time to go back and have them fix it. I just removed the polish myself and won't return to this salon in the future. I hate writing these reviews but this is just crazy.

Fast, thorough and courteous service. Clean, as well. Materials used for my pedicure were disposed of after use. Somewhat difficult to communicate due to language limitations, but she used physical gestures instead - it was fun! All in all, a good experience.
First of all, the place is old and antique. I went in for an acrylic set and immediately realized the women doing my nails was inexperienced. She put excessive glue, did not file my nails properly, and cut my cuticles to the point I bled. After painting the first time and sitting by the hand dryer, I looked at my hands and my nails had waves in them. I asked to get her repainted and she agreed, she sat me for double the time the second time, she said I was done so I stood up and realized all my paint was off when I went to grab my stuff. She painted the third time and finally dried somewhat normal. After getting into the car I realized my nails had bubble, waves, and just looks like I did it myself at home if not worse.
I was surprised at the price for a mani-pedi now is 40$. The woman who did my nails was a bit rough and cut one of my fingers. And no more neck massage at end of visit. I do not plan to return, it used to be better.
