dont go to this place they are unprofessional and over charge when you don't like your nails they will not give your money back they will argue with you. Lam did my nails thick and when I asked him to fix it her refused. the manager is unprofessional she hung up the phone on me when I told her that I didn't like my nails and That I would have to pay to get them done over. She refused to give her name and didn't listen to a word i said. this place is sweatshop they just want you in and out and can care less about your nail care or if you even like your nails. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUT MONEY. they do not care it

I wouldn't even give this place one star. I went to have my nails done last night by Lam, he did not file my nails with a drill he used a file. I told him I like my nails thinner. his response was get gel. No, that is not what I wanted. I do not want thick nails. Called this morning asked for a manager who kept repeating obviously ENGLISH is not her first language that I should have spoke up to Lam I start of calling today. I spoke up several times and Lam told me not to come back. Manager said i would have to pay for someone to fix my nails since Lam can't and wouldn't do what I asked. manager would not give name, female but stated she was running out of patience than hung up on me. this place is a shithole ran by people who should not be in management.

The person who did them was a man at the 1st floor but unfortunately didn't catch his name. He did such a great job guys... he took his time to make sure each finger is perfect. 10/10 to whoever did them.

This place has become the worst! Sandy's children are demolishing her stellar reputation. They use to be known for the best service and treatment of their customers something that had me loyal for two decades. Now there is no accountability when technicians do shotty work at best. Then they humiliate their clients. I had seen it happen to several women in the past and I wrongly assumed they must have done something wrong until it happened to me. I received mismatch eyelashes and was only able to detect it once I got home. Upon realizing it I called the shop and I was told I could speak to the technician Michelle. Once I explained it to her first she apologize and told me to come and she'll fix it. After that I returned and she fixed it no problem right? The next time I arrive to get my lashes done Michelle folded her arms turned her head and said no I will not do your lashes find somebody better. When I asked her what was the reason I didn't understand. She said no you made me redo your lashes so find somebody better. I said but you messed them up you put different lashes on my eyes. There was no acknowledgment that she did something wrong nor did she apologized. I proceeded to ask Amy okay will you do my lashes she looked at Michelle then looked at me and said no you find somebody better. Then the two of them with another technician began laughing. I went to the manager Sandy's son and asked him why would his staff respond in such a way especially since they performed the service incorrectly in the first place. He simply said well we don't manage them and they can refuse to do whatever they want. Apparently they're independent contractors and not employees. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away. Everything that looks good ain't good they might do a good job for a minute but eventually they will mess up your service and in the end they'll treat you just as poorly.

unexceptable that I had to sit for a half hour and then staff gone bring people that just got out the pedicure chair and start doing their nails and I been sitting waiting to get my nails. not cool Hollywood nail salon in pennsauken tge double house
