Terrible ! They took almost 2 hours to do a simple dip nail . The girl that did my nails walked away like I was done with uneven color on my nails uneven and lumpy . Gems were crooked and the biggest problem is that she wasted almost 2 hours of my time . Her name was MA and sat at table number 2 . Another lady came over named Amy yo fix them up ( the owner ) and they still looked smudgy or nasty. Don't go here unless it's Kim or Linda ( KIM AND LINDA PLEASE WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE BC THIS PLACE MAKES YOU LOOK BAD ) Update - week after nails being down every nail has a crack and two came off . This place uses very cheap products and hire anyone that knows how to glue nails on .

They changed name to BLUE ROSE I have been going here for years.... the only complaint I had use to be how long the wait was.... but now..... it's changed... they have a few younger nail techs that are very rude... I was just there like 30 days ago... but the nail tech kept putting the toe jam Juice ON THE TOP OF MY FOOT AND FORCING ME TO LOOK AT IT? WTF WEIRDO all she did was laugh n tell jokes in Korean. Didn't use any lotion when finishing my feet... just a rude gal I did not tip

When my dogs (Mutt & Jeff) need some attention, this is the place that I come to... For well over 10 years now, I've been coming here to keep my feet in 20something form... They don't always feel like it. But I try to keep them looking the part.... I remember years ago at a shop over on South Street, an elderly man told me "You take care of your feet now, they'll take care of you when you're my age...". I wasn't even getting the service before I spoke with him. But I have been since speaking with him. By the way, the name of this establishment is Blue Rose.. I've tried to update the name several times. Can't get the name corrected. But I do receive excellent service here.

Best Pedicure by far. I walked out with what one would call newborn feet! They get all the dead skin off and are super gentle. If only they would add a hot stone pedicure then this place would literally be pedicure heaven. As far as manicures and full sets they're great! Just don't expect a fancy design. They'll charge you extra and it'll be done poorly. Designs are not their specialty but I don't care for designs so this place is still my go to! They're decent at waxing. Make my eyebrows a little too thin for my liking so I go to Hollywood on Westfield ave for that!

Just your average nail salon. $25 for a pedicure, complete with big screen TV showing the Kardashians, or some other reality show dreck. It's an hour of indulgence for not much money. Gets really crowded on Fridays & Saturdays.
