Avon Nails in Avon, IN

I got a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. the pedicure was ok, water could have been warmer, but seemed like it was rushed, (my old salon was a 3 to 3 1/2 hours for mani and pedi) even though I was the only customer in the salon. The colors looked great in the bottle, but it looks darker on my nails. When she got done with my nails, they are not as smooth as they should be and there are lots of bumps in them. Which I can deal with as with when trying a different place for the first time. While doing my nails she talked to someone else, when i tried to join the conversation, i was shut out of it. But the final straw for this salon with me is, while I was paying, she knocked my phone of the counter onto the floor face down and shattered the screen. All she said was sorry. What should have been a $50 trip to a nail salon is now going to cost me a lot more.

I just left from getting a pedicure and idk when they became $50 to start. I was never given a pedicure list and it seemed rushed. I was honestly fine until I felt she charged me my own personal price for my pedicure. Sad because I use to come here a while ago and came back despite the recent nasty reviews after just moving back into town. This will be the last visit. I'm a server I always tip based on service.

A terrible experience. This persons are not nice at all. A man Started yelling me for no reaso, when I told Him don't yell at me He started screaming and kicked me out. No respectful at all. That's why the place doesn't have customers . So sad. I feel sorry for them.

My daughter had an absolutely horrible experience here. The pregnant nail tech was asked to do a power mani and instead she refused to listen to my daughter and put product all over her nails. My daughter asked her to stop and she wouldn't. Then when my daughter firmly told her we are done she told my daughter to get out of her chair because she has another client. At the time there were only three people in the shop. My daughter was asked to sit in Amy's seat. Amy (nail tech owner) then proceeded to tell her that her nails are almost done. My daughter said I asked for a dip mani I did not ask for all of this product to be applied to my nails. My daughter then told the owner to take them off. The owner started to raise her voice while my daughter continued to speak to her calmly. She then refused to remove the product that the first nail tech applied. I have been coming here for a while and the sheer ridiculous rude tone and behavior displayed by the owner was enough for me to say I will never bring my business back.The public pays for a service the expectation is that you will listen and provide what you are being paid for. So very disappointing. I would give them zero stars.

We went to see my regular nail tech Devin right up the street and she treated my daughter with nothing but respect and care.

I will not go BACK.. RUDE FROM THE TIME, I walked in. Complained about cutting my nails short and MAD at me because I told them I wanted a gel pedi.. Price is excellent SERVICE W A SMILE NOT SO MUCH.
